Here's Renee and Tanya with our restaurant business partner, Chin. In 2011 we started Saus, now in two locations within Boston and Somerville, MA.

In 2016, Renee approached Saus's landlord about a townhouse he owned in the area. He had a hard time keeping long term tenants. The townhouse is located in a historic neighborhood near downtown Boston, surrounded by offices and bars. It was not ideal for residents. It was meant to become a vacation rental, and it would become one of the most popular rentals in Boston. After a year or so of proven success, we expanded our operation.
